Cypher. 98 years old. Time Lord. In Need of Company.
Cypher is amnesic but unlike other people, she will never recover her memories, her history. There are times when she can be a mature, sensible adult and others, where she acts like a child. For a Time Lord, she's a newborn with no understanding of what she is and how her biology works. She will need a little help along the way, and good company of course. She will likely try to pick up companions just so she won't have to suffer from quiet, that and she wants a way to avoid the quiet and loneliness. Though I'm sure she won't have to deal with much of that.

FIRST! Anyways, I still think these two should end up traveling together, just cause Cypher is one mystery that would pretty much be Izzy's wildest wet dream. 'Course, there is also the fact that Izzy may stress out a lot since she may fear she cannot solve Cypher's mystery and that people would die cause of it, but that is a apart of the fun, right?! Though, we will hafta decide how and when they actually meet to start traveling with each other, but that can come later, right? ^.^

I am totally for that! Cypher will need companions, if only to help her fight off the mundane. Hopefully there won't be any deaths in the near future to be caused by the secret of Cypher's memories.
