Okay I have an idea for a character and I wanted to ask if it would be acceptable in this particular Whovian rpg.
Basically the idea that in a parallel Earth, possibly Pete's World, six hundred people were taken because they had no particular importance to history, whether they lived or died and were taken and experimented on to see if it was possible to mess with a human's dna enough to make them Gallifreyan and potential Time Lords/Time Ladies. The experiment was a failure more or less when out of the people that were abducted only three survived, and eventually only one. However this one person that survived didn't die a painful death with a biology that he/she wasn't born with, he/she regenerated like a good Little Time Lord with no memory, no history, or any knowledge of what he/she is.
{Optional Part} When this person woke up was on a space station in the Void. We have no proof on what the Void is, and for this person, they find a way to escape the Void via a Black whole. They manage to arrive in the current reality using something akin to a TARDIS that's in a bit worse shape than the Doctor's beautiful blue box. It could be earlier than a type 40, or later, or even something that is a parallel equivalent that he/she found in the Void.
So what do you think? Also I am amiable that this person not being the only survivor, but he/she doesn't need to know that.

Hullo, Phalon, and welcome!
We do, in fact, have a part of the plot where this could fit. Quite nicely, in fact. If you'd like to PM me, we can work out the details. :3
